  1. Booking Confirmation

An email or text confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by info@spankysdetailing.co.uk, or 07359204327 within 24 hours.

  1. Payment Information

After the job has been completed, full payment must be made immediately. We accept cash, bank transfers, and credit cards.

Failure to make the payment within the same working day may result in all discounts and agreements becoming void. An additional 20% charge will also be applied for every seven days the invoice remains unpaid.

Pay in 3 option – This payment option is via paypal and setup before any works are carried out.

For jobs over £150, a 20% deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  1. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations or reschedules, Spankys Detailing requires at least 48 hours’ notice. You may cancel your appointment by phone or by email to info@spankysdetailing.co.uk. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation charge in all cases which may be up to 100% of the cost of the service.

  1. Vehicle Assessment

Before any work begins on the day of your booking, Spankys Detailing will complete a detailed aesthetic vehicle assessment.

If we identify any noticeable general body damage, such as a scratch, dent, or scuff, during the vehicle assessment, this will be presented to you. At this point, it is your responsibility to ensure that you agree with us continuing.

Once our work is completed, you will be shown around the vehicle. Making sure you are happy with our work, and that we haven’t caused any damage while valeting and detailing your vehicle. Spankys Detailing will not and cannot accept responsibility once you have taken the vehicle or we have left the site following the completion of this check.

  1. Working Environment

For Spankys Detailing to be able to work effectively, we require a minimum of 3-4 ft of space around the vehicle, which is situated off-street Should this not be possible, we may not be able to carry out the service requested And our location can be used This can be done by our pickup and delivery service or the vehicle can be left with us.

If you are concerned about the space available or location for Spankys Detailing to work around your vehicle, please ensure this is addressed prior to confirming your booking by phone or email. Failure to do so could compromise your booking. Spankys Detailing reserves the right to refuse working on your vehicle if there is not sufficient space to do so.

  1. Weather Conditions

As a valeting and detailing company, the weather can impact our ability to fulfil confirmed bookings. Spankys Detailing reserves the right to postpone a confirmed booking if the weather conditions prevent a satisfactory service from being completed. We endeavour to fulfil your booking at the earliest possible date agreed upon between Spankys Detailing and yourself.

  1. Spankys Detailing Maintenance Plan

If you need to cancel or reschedule your Spankys Detailing maintenance plan service, Spankys Detailing requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any cancellations or amendments to your booking must be made by phone  or email . If you are unable to reschedule your valet within the agreed-upon timeframe of your Spankys Detailing maintenance plan, additional charges will apply due to the extra time required to restore the car to the standard initially set.

Smart Repair T&Cs

  1. Estimates

Estimates given prior to inspection of the damage are indicative only and subject to revision. Once the vehicle has been inspected in person is where you will receive the actual price.

 

2. Booking date

Will include all confirmation arrangements including cost, date, time and location subject to weather permitting, as it is an outdoor mobile unit.

 

3. Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel this contract between us and you by contacting via email or telephone at any point up to 48 hours before the booking date.

 

4. Repair location

Repairs may be completed at any location agreed with the customer, as long as it is deemed suitable and safe to do so. In the event of this not being possible, Spankys Detailing Smart Repair will nominate a location for your repair to be carried out.

 

5. If for any reason including but not limited to inclement weather, Spankys Detailing Smart repair is unable to carry out the repairs as started on the booking date they will not accept any liability for costs or inconvenience incurred by the customer as a result. Spankys Detailing Smart Repair will make alternative arrangements for the repair to be carried out convenient for both parties.

 

6. Repairs

No repairs will be identical to the automotive factory finish which is machined sprayed to tolerances beyond human capability. Spankys Detailing Smart Repair will provide a good quality, hand completed repair.

 

End of lease inspectors – as trained experts in their field may be able to identify repairs.

 

7. Improvements

Such things as; stone chips, touch ins and any other work considered an improvement but does not constitute as a repair, the level of improvement is not guaranteed.

 

8. Guarantee

Spankys Detailing Smart Repair offers a 6 month warranty on repairs excluding;

No guarantee of any sort is offered against damage or deterioration in the following ways:

Corrosion or rust damage

Touch-ins

Cigarette burns

Further accident or impact to repaired area

In appropriate aftercare contrary to instructions supplied on completion of work Payment

Payment is due in full on the day of completion of the repair. Payment may be made by cash, bank transfer or card.

20% deposit is required upon booking.
