1. Booking Confirmation
An email confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours.
2. Payment Information
After the job has been completed, full payment must be made immediately. We accept cash, check, and credit cards.
3. Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or reschedules, Spankys Detailing requires at least 48 hours’ notice. You may cancel your appointment by phone or by email to email@example.com.
4. Vehicle Assessment
Before any work begins on the day of your booking, Spankys Detailing will complete a detailed aesthetic vehicle assessment. The vehicle assessment form must be signed by the owner of the vehicle or the person authorized to sign on their behalf.
If we identify any noticeable general body damage, such as a scratch, dent or scuff, during the vehicle assessment this will be presented to you At this point, it is your responsibility to ensure you agree with the vehicle assessment If you are not completely satisfied with the vehicle assessment, you should not sign the vehicle assessment form and raise any concerns immediately, prior to the work commencing.
5. Working Environment
For Spankys Detailing to be able to work effectively, we require a minimum of 3-4 ft space around the vehicle which is situated off-street Should this not be possible, we may not be able to carry out the service requested And our location can be used This can be done by our pickup and delivery service or the vehicle can be left with us.
If you are concerned about the space available or location for Spankys Detailing to work around your vehicle, please ensure this is raised prior to confirming your booking by phone or email. Failure to do so could compromise your booking. Spankys Detailing reserves the right to refuse working on your vehicle if there is not sufficient space to do so.
6. Weather Conditions
As a mobile valeting and detailing company, the weather can impact our ability to fulfil confirmed bookings. Spankys Detailing reserves the right to postpone a confirmed booking if the weather conditions prevent a satisfactory service being completed. We endeavor to fulfill your booking at the earliest possible date agreed between Spankys Detailing and yourself.
7. Spankys Detailing maintenance plan
If you need to cancel or reschedule your Spankys Detailing maintenance plan service, Spankys Detailing requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any cancellations or amendments to your booking must be made by phone or email . If you are unable to reschedule your valet within the agreed timeframe of your Spankys Detailing maintenance plan, additional charges will apply due to the extra time required to revert the car back to the standard initially set.
If you have had a busy month with your car and it is excessively dirtier than usual, it is your responsibility to inform us prior to our next agreed booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges as extra time may be needed to complete the service.

Spankys Detailing continues to deliver our detailing and valeting services during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, where possible to do so, whilst adhering to the Government’s guidelines.
